2010 Labor Day Run for a Healthy World

The second annual Run for a Healthy World is coming this Labor Day, September 6! The Labor Day race will start and end in the Sunnyvale Baylands Park. There will be a 5K run/walk and a 10K. Both are on flat courses run over the baylands levees and through the marsh lands on mostly dirt roads and some narrow trails.
The proceeds from this event will support the charitable programs of World Runners. The programs include the education of young women in Africa, microfinance internationally and Health Trust locally. For more information about the race and to register for it CLICK HERE. |
